Screw Remover Kit contains:
1. Claw
The Claw is used to assist in removing a fractured screw from inside the fixture.
Select the Claw size according to the screw size. Connect the applicable guide to the fixture, then connect the Claw to the Shank Driver. The fractured screw may be loosened by rotating by hand in the reverse direction.
If the fractured screw cannot be removed with the Claw, the Reverse Drill and Screw Remover may be used according to the case.
The Claw is commonly used for M1.6 screws.
Common abutment screw sizes include M1.6, M1.8, M2.0, and M2.5.
M refers to a metric screw size. For example, M1.6 indicates a metric screw with an external diameter of 1.6 mm.

2. Reverse Drill
Designed to create a pilot hole on the fractured screw surface for use with the Screw Remover.
Select the drill size according to the screw size and use it with the appropriate fixture guide.
Depth markings on the drill body support drilling depth adjustment from 1 mm to 3 mm.

3. Screw Remover
The Screw Remover is used after a hole has been formed with the Reverse Drill.
Select the Screw Remover according to the hole size. Insert it into the prepared hole and rotate in the reverse direction at low speed, at or below 80 rpm.

4. Shank Driver
- This is a surgical tool that was designed to be connected to the Screw Remover to allow the use of the hand, Torque Wrench, or Ratchet.

5. Guide & PG Hand Driver
The Guide supports positioning of the Reverse Drill. It is used when the screw is fractured in the lower area of the female screw inside the fixture.
The Guide includes an internal stop structure designed to help limit drilling depth to approximately 2 mm.
The Shank Driver connects to the Screw Remover and allows use by hand, torque wrench, or ratchet.
6. Conical, Internal, External Guide
These guides support the use of the Reverse Drill when the standard Guide cannot be used, or when the fractured screw is located deeper than approximately 2 mm inside the fixture.
7. SR Driver Holder
The SR Driver Holder can be attached to the 3.5 Double Hex part of the Conical, Internal, or External Guide to support connection to the fixture.
