For United States Orders:
Due to customs duties, a shipping fee of 15% of the order total amount will be charged for orders over $50. For order total amount under $50, we will charge $20 as shipping cost.

For Orders from Other Countries:
We provide the free shipping for order total amount more than 50$! If your order total amount is less than $50, we will charge $9.9 as shipping cost.

Shipping time
Our shipping methods contains: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT and FedEx, as well as China Post.
We will use international Express Shipping Service and the standard shipping.
1. The standard shipping way: we will ship the item by China Post, the processing time is 1-3 business day and the estimated delivery time will be 7-12 business days to US, UK, AU, CA and DE; To other country, it will take 10-20 business days.
Note: We will choose the suitable shipping method according to the size and weight. If you need it urgently, you can contact us to ship with Express Shipping.

2. For the products are US STOCK, we will ship from US warehouse, the processing time is 1-2 business day and delivery time is 2-5 business days.
3. For the heavy products more than 80kg such as dental chair and dental lab workstation, we will ship by sea shipping, the processing time is 7-10 business day and delivery time 50-60 business days.

Customs Duties
Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

How much is the tax and how do I pay it?
Express like DHL or Fedex will contact you to pay for tax before delivering and you just need to do according to their instructions. If you expect to know how much taxes you need to pay before ordering, it will be better to check with local post office or customs for import policy of your country before ordering.

How to modify my personal information after ordering?
Please contact us asap once you find your personal inforamtion is not correct. Normally the information can only be modified before the package is shipped.

How Can I Track My Order?
We send an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, just enter your tracking number on the order tracking page at the bottom of our website and you can check its progress at any time.
 

Who need an EORI and EIN?

If you are a company who imports products into the European Union (EU), you must provide with an EORI number. This number is valid throughout the EU. It is used as a common reference number for interactions with the customs authorities in any Member States as the below.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

US businesses need to provide an EIN that is required by international carrier like Fedex.
