What's the difference of BD-402, BD-402A and BD-402B?
Model BD-402: No tie rod, only portable, no air tank, not pure aluminum alloy.
Model BD-402A: Tie rod style with wheels, can also be hand-held, it comes with a air tank, it is pure aluminum alloy.
Model BD-402B: Tie rod style with wheels; Pure aluminum alloy, Built-in stainless steel tank, stainless steel water bottles.
BD-402B is an upgraded version of 402A. It has fewer switches than 402 and 402A, it is more convenient to use.
It is an electronic control system (handpiece and suction system can work at the same time).
